1. Contact us with any questions you may have before ordering.

2. Place your order online and provide us with your high-quality photo via express or regular mail (8"x10" or larger preferred), along with your 50% down payment.

3. We will closely examine your photo and contact you to ensure that all expectations are in line with what our artist will provide.  No significant changes can be made after we confirm that work has begun on your portrait.

4. When the portrait is completed we will email a photo of the completed portrait for your approval.  Upon approval, we will ship your portrait to you upon remittance of the balance due.  

5. It normally takes up to 90 days from the time we receive your photo to having the portrait completed and delivered.
